The journey of my holiday.... vacation and life.

its been a while peeps.

today is my 1st day of my 4 days vacation.

i start my journey from miri @ ppks at 5o'clock at evening to limbang. I have to pass miri-brunei border which gimme a new experience as first time travel alone across two country. from PPKS to the border took about 15minute, its quite fast but quite normal for me with my myvi intermediate FAST machine. Then, i continue my journey to kuala lurah border of brunie-limbang. it took about two and half hours (2 1/2 hours). i have to wait for several minute to across that border as mentioned, the busiest border between brunei and sarawak. Then i continue my path to limbang, which quite disturb by the rain, and the reflect to mentol light of car. Everything is shining and killing my eyes. My night vision is bad and worst when its raining. I have to drive slowly and carefully to ensure all road user safety and comfortableness. It took about 45 minute to reach limbang. My math not good by my watch told me, my journey to limbang from miri took about 3 and 45minute. It was amazing and i hope, i could and would do more better in future in term of decrease my traveling hours. hehehehe. I close my day at prime hotel worth rm35/night.

As early as 6 oclock in the morning, i get myself ready, shower, dressed up and packed my stuff. At 6:20 am , i rush to the limbang-brunei border called ferry temburong in order to go to lawas. the 'Q' was long, and so "lambat @slow" to get the ferry across the tiny river the act as border of two country. I have to wait about 1 hour and 40 minute to get my ferry ride to across the tiny miny river. I was so mad, sad, and excited during that moment. I felt mad because both country were rich but, cant build any thing called bridge@jembatan, I was sad because few vehicle not properly Q for the ferry ride. Nonsense!! and i was excited during my turn to ride the ferry because i know, i'm very close to the lawas as i pass the temburong border. hehehe.. The last border i need to settle is , Brunei-lawas border. It was easy and fast which i not counting any minute or hours. hehehe

At 830, i reach lawas and meet my friend. She is a local girl which i met at MIRI. I was lucky to know , and happy to be her friend. She help me so much, and give me inspiration to live a good and better life. I'm praying to Allah to fulfill all her Doa as she been through a lot of pain. I want to be her man if there is a Jodoh between me and she. I want to be a honest and good person for this friendship and relationship. I know, i'm not very good person for her, but i trying to change myself to suit her shirt and life style. If she is in pain, i would cry for her,and if she is in trouble, i will give all i have to fix it. Its sound crazy but that is my honest toward her. Kitak!, if you read this, i hope you can treasure more about our friendship and relationship. I want you to know, that i falling over you. I want to tell the world that i want to be your man . Forever!.

At afternoon , we went to sepitang for ABC and satay and waiting for sunset along with her best friend called Aniza nani. The ABC was amazing, and the satay ayam was good.We ate around $% stick of 35 ayam satay and 10 beef satay. nyam nyam... ehehhe. Then, we took fews picture as memory that we reach the sepitang and having a very good time. I told she, that the vacation isnot only about place and distance, but its about quality of vacation. Where you go, who you go with and what the activity you do.

At 6 pm, i start my cars engine for home. We drop Aniza nani at merapok ,and straight away to lawas. At 7, i reach at 'Kitak' house and back to my hotel for refeshing. At night, we plan to go to her friend wedding event, which required a pass word from her little brother as to proceed the plan. I would like to go too, but i care most about her fever and flu... which i prefer the plan to be cancel. Now, im still waiting for the Text msg from her. I guess , she already fall a sleep and hoping the plan cancel so that she can rest and get well soon on the next morning. :)

7month in Miri

Pejam celik, pejam celik, rupa-rupanya dah 7 bulan aku kerja kat miri, bandar kuda laut. Aku kerja sebagai tenaga pengajar di ICATS, cawangan Lutong, miri. Kerja sebagai pengajar ni agak mudah dan mencabar, kadang-kadang perlu juga banyak bersabar. ar ar ar.. mengajar bukan mudah seperti yang di sangkakan. First, kt kena sedia dr segi mental dan fizikal. Mental nya, kt perlu tahu apa yang hendak disampaikan , apa yang nak diajar. Kadang-kadang, pelajar ni bukanya nya faham terus, kena ulang 2 3 kali, baru diaorng faham( 30% jer faham, kalau ikut statistic ). Kalau yg bermasalah, kt perlu follow up pelajar, why x dtg kelas, y x submit assigment, project..etc. Dari segi fizikalnya, kena berdiri lama, kalau kelas 2 jam, 2 jam lah kt kena berdiri, n kalau 3 jam?.. huh.. bengkak kaki. so, kena pandai2 la curi masa utk berdiri n dudok. I'm type that like to write on the white board while teaching, conventional teaching method. but, sometimes, i use power power jugak... hehehe. Menulis, bercakap, mendengar, melihat,dan menyalin.... adalah key untuk faham kalau belajar. I dont know how you all mengajar or study, but this method work pretty well. :):).. trust me.

Walaupun dah 7 bulan aku di miri, masih byk tempat aku belom explore....contohnya, pusat reakrasi taman awan, lambir national park, borneo rain forest, taman buaya di baram... huhhh.. mmg masih byk lagi tempat aku belom pegi. Maka, next year, aku akan sedaya upaya round up semua tempat2 ni. Pasti kering poket aku. hahahaha. but, aku dah pegi gua niah.. lalala.. hiking about 2 hours, best... berbaloi2. sebabnya, mase kecik2.. kt tahu gua niah from buku sejarah jer.. but, now im in the cave. thumb up!! hehehe..

update status..

Lama dah x update entry blog nie, sebab sibuk dengan kerja rutin harian.

Now, aku kerja di pusat pembangunan kemahiran sarawak, PPKS miri.

semua org kenal miri kan, tp x ramai x kenal ppks. well, basically, ppks nie sebuah pusat pembelajaran yang berasaskan kemahiran. Siapa-siapa yang grad dr ppks sure mahir(kot la, kalau rajin... kalau malas sampai membuta siang malam, bill gates of akan jadi ngok ngek).....

Aku kerja sebagai tenaga di ICATS yang bernaung di bawah PPKS... forget to mention, ppks nie terletak di lutong miri, not far from shell and petronas HQ( head quarters).

Aku ngajar budak diploma, higher national diploma(HND). Kalau dikalangan diploma-diploma kat dunia, HND lah yang paling Queen. semua diploma dibawah HND. well, you know... HND is from UK, u know UK kan.... united kingdom. london...MU tu.... tp aku bukan fan MU k. hehehe.. im barca.

so, aku mengajar subjek programmable logic controller(PLC), control and automation ngan electrical power.... sungguh power subject ni, sehingga aku kena study balik macam student... well ofcause i have to kill two bird with one stone. ... x rugi. ilmu di cari, awek jangan dilari.

kat office aku best, semua org baik-baik, n comel-comel. not forget to shout out to the world, aku masih seperti dulu, single dan sangat available. Bila sebut jer available, semestinya aku mmg ada masa lapang, masa yang sangattttttt lapang. Sometimes aku pegi melancong, fishing, n layan cinema.... the latest muvie yang i baru tgk is CONAN the barbarian.... no bad at all, walaupun banyak scene yang kena cut, cut, cut..... well, you know kan... malaysia... tp ada baiknya kalau scene yang panas or terlalu ganas kena cut. hehehe :)

Its not hard to find me, mmg x susah.... u can ask anybody who knows me...facebook kan ada, YM, skpye....paling2 pun u google jer nama i.. randy afandi... sure akan pop-out on your screen about me. hahaha... kalau susah2... u boleh text or call my hp. aku akan ringankan jari jemari utk reply msg2 awal or jawab call kalian.

rasanya, semua org tahu yang aku berasal dari kuching, sarawak... kan kan... kalau ada yang x tahu tue... xpa, now you know, that im from kuhcing sarawak. sebut jer pasal kuching, mesti ada rasa nak balik, apa boleh buat, makanan kat kuching sedap2 belaka. Antara makanan yang best kat kuching: rojak kuchei, mee kolok, mee sapi, rojak sotong, rojak buat, seafood, n mcm-mcm lagi..... kalau nak balik kena la ade cuti, so the nearest coming holiday is hajj holiday... cuti raya haji... inshaallah aku akan balik kuching. hehehehe...

cukuplah sampai di sini saja, kalau ada masa nanti , aku akan post entry baru yang intresting.... dah lama simpan logo blogger.. haha...

Nasi lemak bukan punca obesiti???? non-sense

nasi lemak bukan punca obesiti?

nasi lemak= nasi+ telur sebiji + ikan bilis goreng+ kacang goreng+ sambal belacan goreng......normal nasi lemak lah.

Nasi =dimasak dengan santan kepala..... yang sungguh berlemak dan berkrim.

telur= digoreng dgn minyak yang sesungguhnya berminyak.

ikan bilis= pun digoreng jugak..... minyak

kacang =digoreng ......minyak lagi...

sambal belacang= digoreng jugak...... minyak....

kalori nya 400, mkn 2 pinggan untuk breakfast, 2 pinggan untuk lunch , n 2 pinggan untuk dinner= 2400 kalori... normal kalori burn untuk bdn adalah sekitar 2100-2400 bergantung kepada size dan berat badan.... kalori minuman, junk food... huh... gerenti lah...obes...

semua ada minyak.... lemak....sgt nonsense bila kata nasi lemak bukan punca obesiti....n salahkan kadar pengambilan kalori. why not , roti dgn mushroom sup or salad? less kalori, minyaknya teramat kurang, sedap, mkn byk2 pun xpa, vitaman berguni2 sebab kt mkn sayur. huh.... tengok gambar budak yg makain nasi lemak pun dah lemau, lembik, x bermaya...itu lah tanda2 obesiti... kurang aktif. salah sapa?

mintak maaf kepada penggemar nasi lemak....bukan nak suruh korang rasa geli n x mkn nasi lemak... just aku annoying dgn statement presiden persatuan permakanan malaysia....
